CycleCadence Subscription

Bikes are fully funded through CycleCadence; unlike other schemes, there are no upfront costs for the employee or the employer.

Subscription includes:

  • Free gold or diamond bike lock

  • Free theft and damage insurance

  • Free service & repairs

  • Free WithU fitness app (worth £9.99/month)

  • Co2 reduction of 0.5 tonnes per employee/year on the scheme.

Offering cycle subscription schemes can make an employer more attractive to potential job candidates and can also improve employee retention.

CycleCadence subscriptions utilise the government Cycle-to-Work scheme and are managed by employers. So first, your company signs up via our easy-to-use web app.

Company Sign-up

Employers add staff to the app, who will then get an email inviting them to subscribe. Groups can be set up with specific income brackets or particular benefits.

Employees then choose the bike they want and the duration of their subscription, through the web app. This is confirmed by their company. There are ZERO up-front costs.

Monthly billing is automated. Employers can see an analysis of subscriptions in the app. This will also report on Co2 savings for ESG reports.

We will arrange a convenient time and location for delivery of the bike or pick it up from one of our six stores. And when the plan ends, we'll even collect it.

How does it work? Five Easy Steps

CycleCadence Process

Employers benefit when their team members cycle to work. Cycling improves physical fitness, boosting overall health, and reducing absenteeism due to sickness. It also enhances mental well-being, lowering stress and anxiety, improving focus, and increasing productivity.

Employees who cycle tend to arrive at work more alert and energetic, reducing tardiness and workplace fatigue. Lower absenteeism leads to cost savings and a more engaged and productive workforce, benefiting both the company and its employees.
